would also concider a swap for a bigger car of the same value and condition

look at a e36 328 coupe or m3, something of that ilk - pre 2001 cars and lower tax bracket n'all. I think you can also pick up 993's for just under the £20k band now (C2's that is) as the stuffies don't like water cooled engines (think they've just got used to wheel, so asking them to appreciate a more modern combustion engine is a bit far).
