Did anyone see this?

It was interesting to see how there appeared to be a bonnet latch problem. A few owners reported the bonnet unlatching and flying up and hitting the windscreen at motorway speeds.

The show however got a bit confused with the models. They said cars from '04 onwards had this fixed and showed a car with a metal latch... but it was the new '06 model.

Anyone else heard of this problem?

I didnt watch it but boy did i hear about it at work today...

Haha your clio is a girls / hairdressers car..and now its bonnet is going to kill you haha blah blah...(this went on for sometime)

I think it was pre 02 models or something?

I wonder what they skimped out on our cars.... :?

It's more often the opposite - you cannot get them open!

Maybe a special "lightweight" bonnet catch on sporty models :lol: ....oh, that's me
