Hello!
I'm a 182 owner looking to buy a Sachs unit 36kmiles old, the seller said they're in perfect working order with no leaks.
Are they any tests or checks I can do on those to make sure they're actually in good nick, I obviously don't expect them to work like knew but at least to postpone the rebuilt for a while.......
Except for pushing down on the wings and do the bouncing test, is there a way to see if the gas pressure is OK ? I read somewhere you can check a "gap" in the reservoirs, Is that true?
I'm totally new to this, It'd be great if anyone could post a picture and clearly explain it?
Plus, feel free to comment and suggest about the purchase! thanks!!!!
