Cam belt change - when to do it and what cost?

Just bought 415, which had its aux belt changed in August of last year with 18,081 on the clock. Wondering when the cam belt will need doing now. Is the latter due for replacement at three years after manufacture or when the vehicle reaches 36,000 miles (currently done 19,800)? What price have people paid for this replacement?

I would do the cambelt early personally. I'm doing mine @ 50k, then another aux belt at 75k, then another cambelt at 100k.
