Looks like there genuine renault ones,

As Steve said they should be 43mm offset.

they should be ok, ET38.5 i'd say but you'll be ok with them, just won't be quite as good as et45.

They look like the original 172 wheels which were et38.5.

The guy says this is stamped on wheels

I assume the 43 is the offset?
