Agreed Values for Trophy,s. ??

The other thread currently running about the stolen car has got me thinking.
How easy is it to get your insurance co to put an agreed value on the car.?
I had one on Porsche 968 I owned, but that was on "classic" limited mileage policy..

My insurance is very good, i have the following -

* Drive any other car third party
* All mods declared at no extra cost unless its engine mods (increasing BHP,Cams / Turbo / ITBs)
* Limited milage each year (5000 per year)
* Track day insurance (Extra £75 for the day)
* Agree'd value of £6000.00 (If written off)

I'm with Greenlight and have an agreed value of £6.5k on a 2,000 mile policy @ £260, and that's with a lot of mods.
