You shouldn't be able to push the dampers down at all mate. My driverside was really soft and ya could push it in by hand, they have been re furbed and it's now impossible to move them!

Thanks for the responses guys. I think I will get everything changed in one go (aux belt kit, cam belt kit and water pump) ktec have all parts available for about £360! Just dreading the labour costs! Any one got any suggestions who would fit it all for a reasonable cost. I'm in the north east...

Over the past few months i have noticed a squeaking sound coming from the driverside front damper on the T - it has also become very 'spongey' in comparison to passengerside! :( Is this likely to mean they needs refurbing? Any advice appreciated!

Just had new exhaust fitted (Milltek)......sounds awesome :D , only issue i have found is that the right hand side tailpipe doesnt fit flush into the cut outs of the bumper. The left one is spot on. Can this be adjusted? I have had a brief look but cannot figure out how this can be moved...

As above....boot wont lock both front doors lock fine though. Alarm still works fine too (i opened the boot when the front doors were locked and it went off!!) Any ideas? Possibly a wiring fault, maybe a dodgy solenoid in the lock? Thanks Guys
