I am not sure a 127k trophy is a garage queen but nevertheless a cover seems like a wise decision or maybe I just cover my bike in bubble wrap! However that could slow my daily commute down
Hi all,
I am after an indoor car cover for my 182 trophy namely to protect it from scratches when I get my push bike out for work.. garages in Bristol aren’t very big so space is pretty tight
Anyone got any recommendations please
Thanks
Pete
I had a similar fault on my car, obd read a similar code.. pretty sure it was the abs ring but the best bet is to get someone with a renault fault reader just to be sure
Thanks
Sounds good Paul, I might be keen. I am doing a sprint championship there on Saturday this weekend in the production car class...
It’s a good track - but pretty abrasive on tyres..
HELLo
I have a few sets of springs in the garage I am unlikely to use, they look in good condition so if you let me know what colour they need to be and I will check for you. Then happy for you to have them for free if you cover the postage
Thanks
Pete
Hello, I will take the rear bench off you if you still have it? I have a full fat rear bench in mine which is fine but just thinking if I want to return it to standard best to have a set now...
I live in Bristol but my parents live in Northwich so could send my dad over whenever suits you mate...
I am racing karts near Maidstone on Saturday so if anyone is keen on this, happy to go and have a look at this and report back however reading the advert I am not convinced it has necessarily been well cared for. Happy to be corrected
Thanks Ben for sorting this out, much appreciated.
Monies now sent - I am number 7 on the list. Please add my delivery to the south please

Hi All,
I know there was a bit of discussion a few weeks ago – around getting some badges made up which go on the seat sub frames. I have been trying to someone who will do them and the best option seems to be to buy these doomed self-adhesive badges. I have spoken to the company and he has...
I have found cooksports to be pretty good, had them on my attic blue 182 and trophy which I did 10,000 miles in last year! I would say they provide a very firm ride so not something which everyone will like.
I use classic line insurance, my Clio is insured for £270 for the year and that includes telling them about the non standard exhaust.. I have found them to be really good and don’t charge you admin fees to change address, update the policy, breakdown cover is al included as well.
I have stated...
Hi All,
I am looking to sell my Sparco Sprint Bucket seats (both size standard) alongwith 2 * OMP Sub frames and steel seat side mounts. Basically everything you need barring the actual bolts to put bucket seats in your clio
All of these items are brand new and never fitted to my car as i have...
I was thinking about mine to buy a formula ford racecar but decided to keep mine however I am based in Bristol so if you find one and want someone to look over one with you give me a shout. Or happy for you to have a go in mine to give you some insight into what they are like. Cheers
I would get a second hand on and get a body shop to take out any dents and paint match it! You could get one for £20-30 max and then get it painted for probably £100 tops
Agree Claude. I have found a guy called lee on the cliosport forum who thinks he can do it. I have sent him a picture so he is going to look and let me know next week.
Will post an update here and then let people know the details if they are anygood
Thanks
Pete
Hi all,
I have swapped my seat subframes for the Jon fonz’s ones which are excellent. However on my old mount there is the Clio trophy sticker which my cars number on. Trying to remove it is likely to damage it so would prefer to get a couple of new ones made up..
Any ideas where is best to...
