I've just got #165 back recently but also have a modified Abarth 595. Hopefully a new FK8 Civic Type-R will be inbound in the next couple of months, too. My favourite though is my GT4.

Only,,,, got 2 cars at the moment. BMW X5 40d and the Clio T..
The TVR,S have just been sold. TVR Cerbera Speed 6, and TVR Chimaera 400.
So im looking for something else to replace them...

Sorry to hear that the TVR's have gone Dave, I have fond memories of following you in the Cerbera on some good sections of the 2019 Welsh Weekender. Interested to hear what their replacement will be.

Noooooo! I really enjoyed the Trophy Weekender where you were in the TVR and I was in my GT4! It was lovely!

Yes boys the TVR,s have gone to new homes.
The Cerbera, wasnt even for sale, but i had an offer that i couldnt refuse, and the fact it hadnt really turned a wheel since the 2019WW, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,so it went.
I did too enjoy blasting around the roads in Wales in it , really allowed me to stretch its legs in places.
Part of me still regrets selling it, but hey ho....
The Chimaera , i never really got to grips with it,,, im sure some of you petrolheads will understand when i say, you need to " feel" the soul of a car, and with the Chimaera, it never allowed me to do that...So that went soon after the Cerbie....
SO,,, what next....
On the short list,,,
BMW Z4 M40i. 2019 model.
Audi R8, spider the V8 version.
Mercedes SL ,, but thats more of an ,, "old mans" car, even though im pushing 60 i dont consider myself old,,,,,,, yet....
Still looking at others,,,,, But if any of you have any suggestions im all ears. [Convertible preferred].
Bearing in mind im 6ft5" tall with long legs, so cars such as The Porsche Boxster etc are a no go, due to leg room, or lack of... I need to be able to have the seat as far back as poss, and with some sports cars, the rear bulkhead is too close to the back of the seat and it then squeeekkkssss, when driving....
Im also looking into doing some touring in it, ie Scotland, [NC 500],and when we can go to Europe then the alps, Switzerland, Austria, Italy,,,, etc etc.... So it cant be too stiffly sprung...And has to have ,,, some luggage space...
So, hyperthetically,,,, IF you had £50K burning a hole in your pocket,,, what would you buy..?????????????

Niceee, I do love a saffron. Its actually a P2 V70R in Sonic blue pearl, on paper its such a medicore car for stats (mines running about 350bhp) but there is something about it which I just love.
I think I’ve just got a swedish bug!

Rob,,,loving the stable, especially the 996 GT3RS....Always lusted after one of those..
