Trophy Springs Cup Dampers

Basically my Drivers-side Sachs has gone and wanted to know if you can fit the springs from the Sachs into Cup Dampers while the Sachs are off the car?? While i contemplate a refurb or see how much longer this new Damper Saga rumbles on for!!

Pretty sure you can. The cups are exactly the same.

Cheers, it's just that i was going to ebay a pair and they all seem to be sold as just the damper unit without springs!!
