Apologies if this has already been posted on the forum, car is nothing to do with myself....
I know what you mean, it doesn't look too bad does it. Not far from me now, but I think the auction ends in a couple of days and I'd prefer to view physically I think before submitting a bid, sadly work commitments are going to prevent that this week.If I wasn't so far away this would interest me for a winter project.
Cheers for the heads up Ian. Checked it out, and like yourself, enquired about the dampers...Renault Sport Specialist Parts have the car now and are advertising all the parts. I would have bought but too late to the auction. Breaking not restoring. Not sure on number though.
Great news, thanks Andy, I had a feeling you might be able to acquire the info. Did you manage to get your hands on the engine loom?I have the private plate and the original VRN details, along with the VIN. I'm still awaiting info on which number it is. Once known, the owners register can be updated.

No problem, Ed. Hopefully, that information (the Trophy number) will be forthcoming very soon and, of course, I will share the knowledge!
Yes, I did manage to get the engine loom, thanks. I'm hoping that this might cure some of the recurrent issues I'm having (although, saying that, #165 has been faultless since I got her back a few months ago, other than an EML due to a failing lambda sensor).
It's anybody's guess isn't it from that pic.FYI Facebook page updated with parts including Recaros on seat rails with number. Need good eyesight but 140 or 145 ???
