Suspension refresh

I've got a bit of time on my hands at the moment and was thinking of renewing the Trophy suspension.
My shocks were done about 20k miles ago.
Has anyone got any advice on what bushes etc are worth checking / replacing.
I understand that this could be a never ending list but I wondered if there are any items that people have changed and felt a real difference.
I don't really want to change the feel of the car so probably looking to use oe items.

A lot of these cars are getting quite leggy now.
I reckon it would be great to put together a wish list of suspension and steering items that are worth replacing on these cars to make them feel factory fresh and tight again, preferably in some kind of importance order.

It'll be all or nothing, if I ever get around to it:

Track rods
Track rod ends
Wishbones
Lower ball joints
ARB bushes
Steering rack bushes

General consensus from those that have done a refresh seems to be that it transforms the front end making everything tight again.

I totally agree with Claude. I did everything on his list last year and it transformed the front end feel/handling. Even with OE and Powerflex parts, it didn't work out too expensive. Well worthwhile IMO.

Thanks for that. Do you have any opinions on where to buy.
eurocarparts is 30% off this weekend, but are they just shite. I assume renault will be massively expensive.
Easy to get after market (powerflex etc) but I quite like the ride vs handling as it is, and presumably if you get stiffer bushes etc the ride will get worse.

In my experience the purple Poweflex bushes seem to be a sensible upgrade on OE rubbers, without being too harsh on ride but it is very much down to personal preference and what you use the car for (daily vs weekend toy vs track car).

I bought most of my replacement OE parts through either RenaultPartsDirect or allcarpartsfast (Endon Sevices), although it is useful if you have parts diagrams to refer to. I'm not sure what the price difference is between OE and the likes of Meyle/Lemforder available through ECP and GSF etc.

Can anyone give me an idea of labour costs for replacing the parts mentioned above?

I had the following done at Engine dynamics

"OEM Wishbones
OEM Track Rod Ends
OEM Steering Rack Bushes
OEM Inner and Outer anti roll bar bushes
Remove and install shock absorbers (supplied by customer)
Vehicle Tracking
All the above comes in at £852.11"

I think I totaled the parts to be £450 ish a year ago

Cheers for the above posts- was thinking for these parts specifically.

I don't have any immediate plans for such stuff but figure next time the dampers need a refurb could be ideal. Would be curious as to what rear suspension components are worth replacing outwith the springs and shocks too.
