posting pics

Hi everyone,
I have got some nice photos of the t and some of cliosport
Sat on my phone and the other halfs samsung galaxy camera.
What do I need to do to post them. They are only on the camera and phone as dont know how to put them anywhere.

install dropbox on your pc and phone? then you can insert the image on here

camera just copy to your pc , then same again just insert them
