PM's not coming up

Got email saying I have a PM and what the message is but not showing on site? Unable to reply to.

(PS Whoever sent me PM yesterday I don't know your username to reply in any form)

Hope this is in right section

In the email it should say the following:

Hello [Your Username],

You have received a new private message from "[Their Username]" to your account on
"ClioTrophy.co.uk" with the following subject:

[Thread Subject Here]

You can view your new message by clicking on the following link:

ucp.php?i=pm&folder=inbox

You have requested that you be notified on this event, remember that you
can always choose not to be notified of new messages by changing the
appropriate setting in your profile.
