Passenger Seat Rattle

Hello

My passenger seat is rattling like mad and only seems to stop when someone over ten stone sits in it!!

Not only rattling but is loose - I have taken to one dealer and they have told me this is normal! I don't agree.

I ve heard whispers that you should get this sorted and is possibly a recall/warranty issue.

Can anyone please advise me on my next steps to get this sorted please?

P.S. I know it's French!!!

mine did it on 328 and it eventually got new seat runners under warranty.... took them 3 visits and 2 months to get the parts in though

474 now has the same rattle.... i'll be booking back in again soon

aye, seat runners.... mines was done about 5k ago - and it's started again, you'd have thought they'd have used better quality runners to replace them with but hey ho that's common sence, something reno know nowt about.

Hmm that doesn't sound to good! Think I ll try them again and if that doesn't work write a letter to Renault.

My drivers seat runner developed a fault last year - locked fully forward, which made getting in and out fun and driving impossible.

I rang Renault Assist who then sent RAC out, did a temporary repair, then they contacted my prefered stealer. Had the car booked in and sorted within 2 days and all done under warranty.
