I've just done this very thing. Picked up one two weeks ago.

Got it booked in for a service next weekend, where I'm chucking on new OEM dicsc, Fedoro FS2500 pads, gulf racing brake fluid and braided hoses.

Also changing the engine oil to Gulf competition, new air filter, gearbox oil, engine coolant, NGK plugs.

Looking at picking up a new dog bone engine mount soon. First track day after Christmas, then take it from there.

I am seriously looking to purchase a Trophy which I intend to use on the road (3-4000 miles per annum) and also for light(ish) trackday use. I am hoping you can help with the following:-

Important things to look out for when buying a Trophy in addition to HPI checks/service history/cambelt changes etc.
Suggestions regarding (good value!) upgrades for trackday use remembering that the car will also be used on the road.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give

Not sure why my reply is the first post? But I'm not the OP.
