Mileage of Peoples car with the creaking problem?

Whats the mileage of peoples cars when they started to have this problem? Just wondered if there are any simularities.

explain what you mean by creaking problem..... i get a creaking when i go around tight left handers at track speed but not sure if it's the same as what you experience.

I get a very slight creaking noise from the steering wheel sometimes - doesn't seem anything major.
