There're a few bargain T's advertised atm.

DTM have one for £4k, had belts, dephaser & sachs done - absolute bargain! It's on Autotrader, there's another one nearer you for more money but no mention of the belts & sachs.

Couple on pistonheads as well that seem very good value.

Might be selling mine soon, will pm you some details (not fully decided so not advertising publicly just yet)
