koni rear dampers with rear mark fish springs query

Got koni rear dampers with mark fish springs and the rear ride is pretty 'crashy' just from the rear when going over bumps as if its bottoming out.Are u ment to use different shorter bump stops ? or is anyone else finding this ? put the dampers on the softest setting are the probs still there.

shouldent be the bump stops should it? they're hydraulic
