Knocking

Had the Trophy on track last night and there is a knocking noise from the rear under hard braking, worse when trail braking and lifting a inside wheel. Is it the exhaust hitting, engine mount?

if it's a knocking/thud it's likely your exhaust mounts are worn or the heatshield is loose - fairly common faults and not too expensive to repair.
