hopeing to get a set of HIDs for my birthday, (19th)
am i right in thinking the bulb type is a H7 ? (dipped)
is there a main beam optional extra?

any good companys or deals or just good dealers i should go with??

Are you talking about replacing the headlight units for whole new halogen units or just the bulbs?

just the bulbs hoolio
the xenon look would be cool but, effort!!
and expense. so im sticking with the chavy blue/white look.

sorry my bad.
not the headlight unit (i.e the Full Fat 182's, balast and washers and everything else)
but HID's the ones with like a charger pack (6000k), and stuff, sorry did i confuse you, i didnt mean budget painted blue bulbs from Halfords already did that in the 1.2 when i was 17.

HID4U I think they are called - you pay for what you get! I know a few who have bought from ebay and failed after a few weeks/months.

Not a big fan, have you tried just upgrading the bulbs as above, you'll be suprised at the difference and you'll save a wad of cash.

its not really the look am after its just the fact there so much brighter!
thinking bright white rather than chavy blue but i realise its not to everyones taste.
