gear box oils

im running MOTUL HIGH PERFORMANCE 300V ENGINE OIL for the engine, what about gear box oil? whats the avanguard oil for gear boxes?

Has anybody tried Elf Tranself NFJ 75W-80 in their Trophy, which is the oil officially recommended by Renault? I use the NFP variety my V6 255's, which is the recommended product for the PK6 box. I use Fuchs sinto fluid 75-80 for the gearbox.

I'm running the Trans Elf in mine does its job perfectly well! It was changed recently and immediately felt a little better.

Good to hear that. Where do you source the oil from? I have used Nielsen CDG, which wasn't too bad a price,but is there a better price

Thanks. Indeed I do buy engine oil from Opie Oils, but they don't stock Elf Tranself NFJ/NFP 75W-80 Gear Box Oil. Nielsen CDG is the cheapest I have found as a source, but was wandering whether there is anything cheaper.

Indeed it still appears to be the case - and it is Neilsen, not Nielsen, as I posted earlier, twice!
