Owned my 172 from new 2002 they have done everything on it inc belts since it was 1 year old NEVER had anything but perfect service, cant fault anything they have ever done (and I am very fussy !) prices are Very reasonble too .

If you're in or around Birmingham, then BTM Performance (his name's Fred) is a no-brainer.
I have had a fair bit of work done from him (he checked my cam timing, major service, various other bits) and believe me, he knows what he is doing. I am a fussy git as well.
He was a race engineer (I think he has done Clio Cup and various other single seater formulae, rallying) and knows the Clios inside out. I saw a car from Scotland there on my first visit!
