After having my dampers done by ben at BG last month, today i noticed that there is a 5mm gap between the rubber seal/absorber? and the turret that the strut is bolted to. Pop the bonnet and the bolts are there on the top of your suspension system (not mechanically minded so bear with me!)
Anyhow, my question is, is this normal and has anyone else noticed the same after a refurb or should i be ringing ben on monday?

ps.. new Ferodo DS 2500 pads all round being fitted on tuesday with braided hoses and Brembo HC front disks and K-Tec rears. Thinking about track rod ends next month and dad said i`d never have any money whilst i own a car :lol:
