Flying speed cameras

Saw on the news last night that Essex police will be using helicopters to catch speeders on country roads!
not that i speed of course :wink:

The article mainly discussed bikes but they were talking about the roads around my home town, Great Dunmow. Pretty scary to think you can now loose your license from the sky too...

At the amount it costs to keep a helicopter in the air it sounds like a great use of public money. FIND SOME REAL CRIMINALS.

When the air ambulance have to put collection tins in pubs etc. to raise money I think this is a disgraceful waste of resources.

Firstly I totally agree, but the real fact is that lives don't out value money in any governments eyes.

Compare what a murderer gets to that of an armed bank robber.... it's an amazingly fecked up world!
