Been doing sections at a time over the last 3 weeks, today I did the rear arches as the previous owner I think lived in about 3 metres of mud As for the other pics, I know it's anal, but it's my passion, and I wasnt quite finished as there were some rather nasty clouds looming lol!

I was going to post about doing the rear arches too - the lip round the rear arch in particular. I did mines a couple of weeks after getting the car and although the car is really low mileage and the inside of the arches was clean, there was a fair bit of dirt built up in the lip round the rear arch.

Well worth doing in my opinion for all the time it takes, it'll hopefully go a long way to preventing it from rusting later on in its life.

Mine are cleaned everytime I wash the car.
Mud sitting there is an invite to metal rot.
