Delivering A Pair of Tyres

I may need to deliver a pair of tyres within the UK.
Just wondering whether anyone had done this and whether they used the Post Office or a courier and what the cost of either might be.
In the case of a courier, do they come to collect the item from you or do you need to take it to a depot?

Both very cheap and yes they collect from you
