Amongst performance car enthusiasts and motorsport competitors, Silkolene Pro S has proved our biggest seller. And so it should be... it's a fantastic quality oil at a competitive price!

To date, Pro S has been available in 2 viscosities - 5w-40 and 10w-50 - but with the increasing trend towards lower viscosities, 5w-30 is now a common manufacturers' recommendation, particularly for Fords and the latest generation Japanese cars.

Cue... Silkolene Pro S 5w-30!

Yes, we asked for it, Silkolene listened and it'll be in our warehouse some time this month. Pale amber in colour, it's not quite as funky as the purple Pro S 10w-50, but if your car requires a 5w-30 oil it's the best Pro S yet!

Competing? Pro S 5w-30 could also give some performance benefits over thicker viscosities for sprints, short races and qualifying laps. And what's more, it CAN also be used on the road!

We've got a special launch price of £34.99 + carriage for 5 litres (£41.98 delivered, inclusive of VAT) - that's £7 a litre for this top-of-the-range, high performance oil. (Price includes your forum discount)

This price is only available for 2 weeks from now (until 21 JULY) at which point the price will return to our normal Pro S club pricing - £46.58 inc VAT with forum discount (£51.75 RRP)

Missed the last deal and I am getting car serviced at the end of next week so would appreciate a discount :wink:

Would it be better to use the 5W-40 Silkolene Pro S for the Trophy than the 5W-30?As all what i have read before indicates the 40? My Trophy would hardly be doing any track days. Cheers

5w-40 is the norm I would stick with that generally.
