Vat is included in the price at whatever the Polish rate is, 19% ?

There is no import duty or Vat to pay on entry to the UK.

Not worth it mate I bought it and got hit with extra import charges because it’s from Poland

I think it was about 70 by ups. To be fair to the seller I did email him saying I’ll just return it as it wasn’t worth it and he refunded me £70 difference but can’t see him doin that on everyone

How did you pay?

I think it comes down to the point of sale.

I always pay by Paypal, transferring funds from my credit card, and it appears on my statement as

RECURRENT PURCHASE 123456 EBAY UK

I have not purchased from Poland since 2020, but both purchases from Latvia this year have not attracted any additional Vat.

Strangely, a minor purchase of £7 from the Channel Islands did, though it was refunded when I questioned it.


I have had 2 2021 orders from Autodoc in Germany, in excess of £135 without additional VAT, but I notice they Invoice using a GB Vat number.

Budget rear calipers have been in short supply of late, but Autodoc now have stock of both sides, branded as KAMOKA.

Polish company / Chinese manufactured I believe.

Hopefully the rubber components are superior to the Ridex items I have bought previously, but then these are all priced at less than

certain brands of brake pad, so can be regarded as disposables !

FRONT CALIPER SLIDER PINS AND SEALS 7701203713.

You might want to take at stab at this one currently on offer, NOS I assume.

Yes, that`s the correct one, but I`d go for this, as it includes the receiver dryer, as it should. Not sure why there is no proper picture.

7700414103 is the OE Renault part, and 8660002513 is from Renault`s Motrio range.

I`ve just dashed off an enquiry to RPD for a price on the Motrio item, which could be suprisingly good value, should have an answer in the morning.

I chose a Motrio coolant rad @ £78 after having a clearance of the fan cowling problem with an aftermarket item.

Hang fire till the morning.
