No don't jack up, find puncture rotate tyre so this is at bottom, fill tyre with foam, drive slowly for a few miles to evenly distribute, then check pressure again is the routine as I recall.

yep that sounds about right...i was thinking after i posted the message that my old elise had the foam but no jack (yes i sold the elise to buy the trophy...see number 49 in owner register)
