I wasn't. I know you weren't, just the entire forum. Whatever you say, most readers with an ounce of intelligence would be able to work out the alternator isn't unique to the Trophy if they read the posts.

Well, mine's packed it. RAC towing Ruby to local Renault specialists. Will be interesting to see what the recommend.

When I say specialist, the guys variously drive Megane Trophy, V6 Turbo Alpine and new shape Meggy RS.

There are 2 models, slightly higher output one recommended due to AC. 172 cup and smaller engines with no AC lower.
