thinking about some track wheels and tyres and need a number of sizes etc to give to a friend so he can contact the companies required.
If they are 15's then will they be 195/50 or can 205's fit?
Is the offset ET45?
What is the PCD?
would all the info above be the same on a 172 Cup...
I'm not keen on the idea of using the foam cans incase of a punture and have decided to get a spare alloy. These retail at K-Tec for £146.88 but I can get them for £95. From what I have been told you get a Speedline centre cap instead of a Renault one but other than that they're identical...
Brand new never been on car, tiny mark on alloy.
This is my spare & has sat in garage for 7 months as i have been carrying one of my track wheels.

Has anybody got experience of fitting 172 alloy wheels onto a 182, or Trophy specificly.
Want to get a set of wheels for track use, have seen loads of 172 cup turini wheels for sale at reasonable prices.
Know that the 182 uses a 45mm offset and the 172 uses a 38mm offset, does it make a...

Does anyone know where I might find a resonably cheap wheel that would take the standard size tyres?
I'm about to buy two new tyres, and would like to keep 1 of my old ones as a spare. I found the turini's at k-tech, but ~£160 with delivery seems a bit much to pay for a spare wheel. I...

Hi all,
Just noticed the other day that my discs were VERY uneven. There are a lot of groves and this has made the braking squeek and braking hard very untrustworthy.
My question to you knowledgeable people is whether it's simply a case of replacing the discs & pads or is there something...
17" Speedline Turinis (Flowforming) with 205/40/17 Toyo T1-R tyres
Wheels themselves are truly immaculate, tyres have approx 4mm left on the fronts and 7-8mm on the rears (like new almost). Offset is 42. These wheels use Speedlines 'Flowforming' process (avail only on 17's and 18's) which...
I know a couple of people here run 15s for the track. What wheels are they and what weight are they per corner?
Also what Tyres are you running?
My current line of thinking is to buy some 15inch Corse's and put some R888s on.
Hi guys (wave) ,
may be you wonder if it is possible to write about our common passion even from such a small country as the Czech Republic is. The answer is - sure! We cannot beat you with incredibly high amounts of sold Clios RS (in fact there were just 20 pieces between 2000 and 2005...
I am hoping you guys will be able to help. I am looking at buying a Trophy. I am considering buying the car unseen - the owner seem genuine.
I appreciate this varies but could you give me some idea on life expectancy of the tyres and brake pads please.
My local dealer seems pretty poor...

I was looking at this car maybe as my next car but
http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/204364.htm
It has a clip missing for the side skirt, is this common? Is what he really means, it needs a new side skirt? It needs a first service, I'm guessing this is an oil change at about £150...

Original Equipment Trophy Wheel and Tyre.
Wheel has kerbing (hence why it's a spare) but is perfectly straight and in otherwise mint condition (It had only done about 4000 miles when the Pikey in his transit drove at me on a very narrow road) and has a quite worn but legal PE2 on it that has...

Used as a spare for a few months, about 2mm left on the tyre, there is a nail through the tyre but I've done a track day on it and its fine.

Hi all,

I'm usually over on Cliosport.net aka Dannyboy172, i used to own a 172 (obivously lol) so i'm fully aware of Renault ownership. lol
I've p/x'd my impreza in for no.165/500 as i need something a bit more...

I know it's not a Trophy, but I respect & prefer this place to CS tbh.
The front PE's on my 182 are well....... shot would be a good word.
There is only about 1mm of tread above the wear indicators & I can feel they are past their peak performance. Here lies the dilemma.
PE's are roughly...
When you take off your Turini - be it front or back - can you confirm whether it should just be the wheel straight onto the hub or whether there should be anything else sitting on the hub i.e. a spigot ring or a spacer type ring?
With the start of the summer weather appearing it was time to get the Trophy looking good again. The previous owner obviously had some kind of fascination with car washes judging by the swirlmarks in the paintwork
Having never PC'd a car myself I opted for the slightly lazyboy...
