Andy - was in the dentist waiting room and saw a good review in July 'Modern Classics' for the Twingo - thought you might like if you've not seen it...
Hi Kelv,
As per picture. Plain silver with airbag lettering on. They seem to scratch/wear really easily. Do you have any that are unmarked?
Many thanks,
Matt
I've managed to source one from eBay but it's still got visible scratches (as have other ones listed right now) Renault dealer says they are out of production and I don't really want to just respray my own one as I'll lose the 'airbag' sticker (sad I know).
Any ideas on where to source one...
I'm wondering what it'll do for classic car prices. I felt a bit sad when I saw the news. In 2040 I'll be 60 and I was hoping that in my lovely days of retirement I could enjoy pootling around in some classics rather than them being on bricks because I can't get any fuel. I'm comforted by my...
Guys,
As per discussion in other threads, myself and a few friends made a trip to Wales, including copying a good portion of the Wales weekender route, last week.
Across the 5 of us there was an interesting mix of cars. This included my Trophy #116, an immaculate Honda S2000 and a Jaguar...
Yeah, lots of "what's your best price for cash m8?" - very frustrating... but agree, it does make sense to expand it to there. To be fair, I advertised an old E30 on Car and Classic and still got those kind of messages on there so possibly unavoidable nowadays?
Best of luck with the sale...
I'll put my hands up and say there is a bit of nostalgia here, I always wanted a 'proper' hot hatch after passing my test and it's now become a bit of an itch I want to scratch. With regards to rarity, I've seen prices going up (and yeah, reckon 5 parts are likely more scarce) so my thought was...
A debate as old as time I know!
Looking at picking up an 80's hot hatch and fancy either a 205 GTi or R5 GT Turbo. Wondered if any of you have owned either of these and your thoughts on both? Which would you vote for?
Matt
Will be fun planning it out. Just read the Evo review on it, scored very well. Interesting what mods can be done to it also...
