LOL Just looked on there , it's certainly had a lot of dough thrown at it. Might try and Jew him down on that price. Pity it's a ''phase ugly''. Thanks hoolio.
Hi! XYW. I sold my 182 Cup last Tuesday. Broke my heart to see her go. It was an economic decision made because I NEED A BODIED CLIO. lol. Could'nt afford to convert the Cup, but with my hipper stuffed with 7.5k can now buy someone's who's done all the hard work, borne the high price ect...
LOL That lockers are notoriously fragile. I buggered up one of mine just by looking at it lol. Had to get it off by force , ie, hitting with a big drift. Dump them alltogether I'd say.
Is your mate a sparky? Can remember reading about his conversion a few months back on cs. It's hard to believe your Trophy is producing almost similar torque. Not calling you a liar or anything lol.
Cams with hot profiles change the valve lift, timing, ect. Your Trophy's ecu can't handle this but the Omex can. It will allow accurate live mapping for maximum power increase and to partly overcome the bad characteristics that wild cams bring, erratic idle ect.
A bonus will be the use of...
You'd always regret trading in the Trophy for a 197, Dan. Use the money to cosset and pamper your current mistress. Cheaper and more satisfying I'd say.
I'm sure Steve is an admirable fellow, but will want his margin. Far better to get private as def a buyers market at moment.
As for reliability, no better/worse than others imo. My cup is on 16k and in spite of some enthusiastic driving has had not one fault.
Get the Trophy, C9ONK. or even better, the Cup. Cheaper and not in that aweful colour[imo]. Stick on a set of the new tb's from At Power, and any type R will be just a tiny spec in your rearview mirror.
