Well, I will probably have time seeing as I will be without a job in two weeks time, Francis! :ROFLMAO: I was considering taking the rest of the year off!
Agreed! The section of the RN from Castellane to Grasse is superb! I haven't been since 2007 (when I took ownership of #165) and I think a trip there is well overdue!
Sorry to see it is gone, but gone to a good home by the sounds of it.
On a related note, I am assuming you won't be coming along on the Welsh Weekender and will remove you from the event. (y)
Hi all, hope you are well.
This is a post that I really don't want to make but, following on from recent events, I am trying to get in touch with a couple of people regarding "missing" Sachs dampers. I will explain more in a moment, but the reason I am reaching out here is because I am trying...
I've never used it to blow the leaves, only dry the cars. We have gardeners that take care of the leaves... 🫣:ROFLMAO:
EDIT: Gardeners, @photo_ed not included. He lives too far away. :ROFLMAO:
The blower is great for the wheels and getting water out of jambs and tight places. It's even more useful on my Porsche as it gets excess water out of the aero, nooks, and crannies! I just use a drying towel and detailing spray to mop up any left over water. I also use a filtered water system...
Full disclaimer, the owners behind Yum Cars are friends of mine. I exclusively use their products for all my cleaning and maintenance these days. They aren't the cheapest, but they are good quality products. :)
Ed, the drying towel is great. As with general microfibre care, it is best to wash...
I use these...

(I'll drop you a message soon, Mark - stupid busy in work still!)
I might suggest that for next year - they certainly have the land, personnel and vehicles for it!:ROFLMAO:
Amazing watching them in action. I've been watching that "Dear God" incident from the 1983 Manx where Ari clipped the wall, got a puncture, and slid the car through that tight...
To be honest, I only found out about the event a day or so beforehand when I randomly bumped into my mate and his folks whilst driving home to Wales following a trip to the Lake District! I didn't really have time to spread the word nor did I know what to expect. Next year...
The family has...
Get well soon, mate!
It was a lovely evening. This is how car meets should be. Chilled, respectful, and full of interesting cars and owners. I can't wait for next year's event!
Thanks, Ed!
Don't get me wrong, I love modern supercars/hypercars and the spectacle they provide. But this, for me...
Well, that was a rather pleasant and unexpected surprise...
The other night, a friend invited me over to his parents place as they were holding a charity event with a few cars turning up for good measure. The event was to be held on their back lawn and, being fairly local to where I live, I...
Thank you, Ed!
Incr-Ed-ible. Wonderful. Thank you for your time, expertise, and passion for all things Trophy; which clearly comes through in the production quality of the calendar and associated pack.
