The standard manufacturer warranty is 4 years hence that ran out in January this year. As a sweetener to the deal, Porsche offered me two years extended warranty and Porsche Assistance. When that warranty period runs out then I will look to extend again - which is generally done in blocks of two...
Thanks mate! :)
I know I'm a bit biased but I think they look absolutely fantastic and that Porsche, as you say, got it right. The best bit is that it drives even better than it looks.
I have considered a few tweaks and upgrades (including a 25 grand DeMaan engine upgrade to 560whp...) but...
Thanks mate, and you're welcome. I'm not going to apologise for the LFC wallet though... :ROFLMAO: Lifelong supporter and looking forward to (hopefully) being able to win the Prem title this year. Or whenever it starts again. If it starts again!
Ah, a Boxster S - I'm a big fan of the Boxsters...
I swap between Trophy and Cup Turinis on mine (the different offsets) and not noticed any difference in handling whatsoever, on both track and road. Honestly, I'd only do it if you think it improves the aesthetics mate.
The Trophy for sale from AM Performance is #152 but, as @jarjarmustdie mentioned, it has seen slight accident damage (Cat D, 2008) and subsequently repaired.
Hi folks, I've just made a few minor updates to TrophyTracker. It can now support images for each car. To see it in action, feel free to search for my Trophy - 165 - and you should see a couple of images at the bottom of the record entry. If you have an image or two for your car that you would...
Thank you mate. :)
Don't pay too much attention, it's an extreme example of what happens when you choose the wrong specialists (and I use the term loosely) to carry out work on your behalf. And a bit of bad luck thrown in for good measure! :ROFLMAO: Regardless, they are great cars and I hope...
I use pretty much the same as @frayz has kindly illustrated. My sills are knackered (I think, it's been a while....) and I have slit blocks of wood and rubber that I use between the mating faces of jack/stand and subframe. Although I can't recall seeing those for some time either! :ROFLMAO:(y)
Great stuff, Graeme!
I would also be very interested in reading the longer version along with the other general information. Thanks for making the Trophy a reality!
Cheers! :)
Definitely mate, they aren't expensive and it's easy enough to switch as and when needed. Some folks take their Sachs off through the winter for example (and run the Cup shocks).
Another TrophyTracker update. Added support for searching by VIN on the Find page. Changed the user interface slightly as well to make things a little more user-friendly.

Agree with the above... as much as I LOVE the 182 Trophy, it's a Clio with a few 'trick' bits. You buy it for the exclusivity (and pay a premium for doing so). If you can forego those then any looked-after 1*2 is going to offer similar thrills. That said, I have found the Sachs to be...
The TrophyTracker has been updated again and now allows you to search for a Trophy by registration plate (on the Find page).

The TrophyTracker has been updated and now has a 'Submit' page whereby you can provide information about your Trophy should you wish to do so.

Cheers :)
Hmm, a thought...
@Cue kindly made a suggestion to me earlier that I think is a really good idea. For some daft reason Renault thought that it would be enough to identify a specific Trophy by adding nothing more than a seat sticker. This, obviously, was far from ideal. Perhaps it would have...
Hello there mate!
Thanks - I'm hoping it might prove to be a useful resource as it matures and - hopefully - builds into a meaningful data set. Any information you are willing to share about 407 will be welcomed and greatly received.
Yes, I'm very well thanks and hope you are in fine health...
Jeez, I'm going to be in trouble come renewal time then... currently with Greenlight, no MOT and SORN'd for at least 5 years, and I've been out of work for 4 months... Yup, might be time to move on.
My thoughts, too - I believed there to be more total write-offs (although there could be many more we don't know about). It's great to see that there are Cat C/D and stolen/recovered examples out there and being enjoyed. :)
Thanks mate - I'll keep an eye on the register thread. Cheers!
It's...
In fact, I think I'm going to share the link to what I've got so far. It is an ongoing project and improvements and fixes will be made over time. I'm hoping the website works ok across different devices (I've tested on a few devices).
Feel free to take a look and if you are aware of any errors...
Possibly mate - I'm not at all familiar with the XenForo forum platform. Ultimately anything is possible but I think it comes down to whether or not it is worth the investment of time, etc.
