Absolutely I mean some of the money those guys have to spend on brakes, servicing, parts was just insane, I mean one guy had blown about 20k on his Evo X tuning it. My whole T is worth 7k :)

The T did very well against all the Evo's. The Evos that went ranged from 300bhp - 500bhp some. They were truly very suprised how quick it was to 100mph and even more shocked how quick it went around corners :) Their instant reaction was ah its just some hot hatch... no match at all :wink...

Yes the roads are truly fantastic over there! :) And yes the T is all repaired, when it came back Solus they had to collect it again as they had left a small crack near the badge and a blob of paint In one corner of the bonnet!!!!! (so much for quality control) maybe they've recently employed...

I'm popping over to the IOM tomorrow for a long weekend with some friends. Just wondering if there are any Trophy's that live over there? :)

They are just re-spraying the bumper so the caps won't be being swapped :(

It is bit annoying to be without the T (got a golf TDI to run around in) :lol: But i'm thankful it was a very low speed impact and only cosmetic damage. I've had cars repaired before with suspension damage etc and they're sometimes never quite the same...

Just been informed its getting a full front bumper respray, new grill, new renault badge, new bonnet and new fog lamp. Hopefully it will be in better condition then before it was crashed into :)

I also have a complete capsicum red dash, steering wheel and gear stick inserts. If anyone wants to swap for the standard silver ones then let me know. I bought the car with them already sprayed and fitted. Andy

Ordered :) I've seen the horn location before when I was looking for the acoustic valve, looks pretty simple to fit. Should hopefully warn off any further idiots trying to reverse into me [-X

I just left my rusty bolts in a bowl of Coca Cola for a few hours them scrubbed em with a wire brush. Works a treat 8)
