Got some Osrams thingies at the Autosport show. Much better illumination of the road, but a complete bugger to change. I think i've left a fair bit of skin on the pipes around the driver side headlight ha.
I've found it here.

I'll wait for a few more people to wake up and see if they know of any sites/shops which sell it cheaper.
I only really need some for top up. I'll do a full change soon, but while its still cold out, i'm not climbing under the car.
I'll order a bit from there then. How much oil does the Trophy lump take?
Where can i buy the Motol oil? Seems i can only order 100litres min on the site.
Anyone going? Going to book tickets on Monday, for the 15th, if anyone else is going, will have to meet to say hi, and get a fw car pics.

If you can record the sound on your mobile and then post it on here, we can compair noises. Mine is a kerplunk too, much more pronounced in the cold and sub zero temps.
The more extra bits like xenons and auto lights, wipers, washers etc, are more bits to go wrong.
Its not hard to turn a switch on for the lights and xenon headlights are great, but if the bulb goes  , exprnsive isn't it for a new unit.
Love the Trophy for what it is, and not what you...
Off to Halfrauds to get a bit of top up oil. Is it o.k to mix makes? Which type should i get. Sorry if there is already an oil post, if ther is Nik can you make it a sticky one.
Cheers

Sorry to hear you might have to get rid of the motor. Hope you can sort something out. Like Nik said, would be good to sort something out, my number hasn't changed so when it stops snowing we will have to meet for a blat about.
But Persil washing up powder is just the same as store own powder, but it has additivies, which stop the washer getting carboned up after 30k, or is that optimax?
Ha, a brita filter at the bottom of the washer bottle, would that count as a mod? Would you have to tell insurance company? Or would it invalidate the renoo warranty?
