How long ago did you swap them? They probably need some time to bed in, different wear patterns etc (for example, on the front you tend to lean on the shoulder a bit more in corners). Also, have you adjusted your pressures since swapping?

Also done this. Shite halfords jack where the wheels dont run as the jack rises + greasy underseal on chassis rail = swearing. lots of.
