Hi Steve, I can see the gap and i know the bushes have a cut down the middle of the flat part on the bush(the bit that sits against the sub frame), i doubt this would be your creaking noise, you can rule both inner and outer bushes by spraying rubber lube on them, either that or fit new ones...

I'm pretty sure rear springs are different from trophy to cup due to spring rates but look near on identical. Think mark has some of both for sale on cs forum from memory maybe he can shed some light on rears.

Front springs are yellow as standard and have an eibach stamp and part no on them. Rears however are hard to tell difference to others such as cup packs as there both black with white and red dots.

I'm the same height and I drive mine fine however I have recently taken out the seat base spacers and replaced them with washers and I find its more comfortable now. If you do a search on forum there is lots about belt replacement intervals and damper rebuilds.
