It`s the same part on any rhd Mk2 Clio, so finding a good used one should be easy.
The clip 7701056217 that locates in the wing is still available.

I checked with Renault and 7700410610 is discontinued worldwide.
Unless you can discover one in an obsolete stock specialist, I think you will have to settle for used and give it a coat of satin black.

This one in Mauritius has sold since 2014.
