Wobbling seat / console Help needed!

Hi everybody,

I have got a Problem with my seat runners on the passenger site (for uk cars) and
on my drivers site.
I searched cliosport.net and over here but did not find any solution.

Problem is: My Recaro seat including the console (OEM Recaro) is wobbling on the
runners. When I get on my knees (not to surrender...) and look at the runners
from end in the footwell, I can see some small balls of white plastic. It seems as if
they partly work as spacers and ball-bearings. They seem to be worn out.
At least the is a small gap so that the upper rails wobbels.

Has anybody a cure for this problem besides buying new runners / rails?

I thought of putting new metal balls or plastic balls in...

Any hint / link is appreciated

i would remove the seats and runners, so you can have a better look
