Windscreen top and side trims.

Has anyone got experience of replacing these trims?
I’ve ordered Renault OE screen Seal Kit - 7701478235 from KAM Racing, arrived next day and look sharp!
I’ve also ordered Restagraf- Moulding Clip Windscreen (Pack of 8 Pieces)- Renault 7701062542 because Chat GPT recommended I do.
Before I steam in ‘Leachy’ style I thought I should check with the community to make sure they are correct and that the task is as easy as AI is suggesting.
Any advice greatly appreciated.

I had new trim when my replacement windscreen went in last year. Unfortunately, it appeared not to have been fitted correctly and started pulling away from the glass and flapping about! I couldn't for the life of me get it to stick down, but Mick (Diamond Motors) must have done something when he fixed my car last time - as it came back in a much better state!

On the plus side, the "flappy" trim was a great speed indicator. It would cause a shrill, audible whistle at exactly 74mph.
