As Nik has already mentioned there is work in progress so bear with him.

The section is showing posts in chronological post order by default (as all the other sections)

Yep, that will be sorted soon. You can change the sort order yourself at the bottom of the page until then.

Enforcing the default view to numerical order is not supported by the forum as standard so I need to install a mod as I did on the old forum.

Right, forum sort order should now be sorted, some people were seeing forums sorted by alphabetical order of the original posters username yesterday, this should now be resolved.
