which oil?

I know its been done to death on here allready so you boys and gals will be able to recommend the best oil for my 7000miler.

Silkolene Pro S from Opie Oils. The best oil from the best supplier.

any 5W40 fully syn

both steve & fred are correct - silkolene is my preference but make sure its 5w40!!

I used Excellium, but proper rated fully synth is the way forward.
