Mark Fish does the standard Konis, but also some re-valved ones that are 25% stiffer damping. I'm going to do them to mine sometime, along with the springs, exhaust, stereo, 36K service... lol

Yep. Mark Fish will sort you out with a re-valved set of rear dampers for around the £300 mark but they are re-valved to suite the stiffer springs I believe, which he also supplies.

I just have the standard Koni Yellows on mine at the min but will be sending them to Mark Fish for re-valving and a set of stiffer springs in the near future. The standard Koni's work very well on my car atm mind.

They are around 20/25% stiffer and lower the car by 15mm. Dont know the exact rates.

is it just my trophyor do all trophys on standard setup seem fairly high?

Not necessarily high, but it depends what you are used too. The dampers dont have much droop and the springs are soft.
