Wheel nuts + paint?

Alright guys, my wheel nuts are looking a bit worse for wear with bits of rust poking through.

What colour paint best matches the wheels and where can I order it from? Do I need to apply primer first also?

I have and used some hammerite silver spray paint from halfrauds.

I soaked them in some white wine vinegar first and gave them a good scrub with a wire brush.
