Warped scuttle panel

Both edges of this stick up ever since it needed a wiper arm repair last year and it's been getting on my tits ever since. What would be the best way of getting this to stick back down without being too rough? Or do I just discreetly silicone it and ignore?

Strip it down and see what's you can do, It does not take much and maybe the plastic is miss-shaped over time.

You could try double sided tape but this could cause an issue in the future if it needed to come off.
