Tyre repair foam???????

If anything I think it is quicker and takes less messing around to use the foam than it does changing an entire tyre, especially when it is dark, cold and wet! :)

You'll need to buy a new tyre shortly afterwards though...

i got one of those small electric air pumps that pulg into the cig lighter,so hopefully only a small puncture,weights next to nothing and stores under the passenger seat

Unfortunately, tyre foam has its limitations and this will usually become apparent at the most inconvenient moment. I much prefer having a spare - even a space saver, at least you can still move - albeit at 50mph :roll:
