Tyre repair foam???????

Is it any good or should i be getting a spare wheel & tyre????

With winter fast approaching, don't want be fannying around at the roadside when it's dark, cold & wet :lol:

If you are prepared to buy a new tyre use it otherwise buy a spare wheel and tyre

If anything I think it is quicker and takes less messing around to use the foam than it does changing an entire tyre, especially when it is dark, cold and wet!

You'll need to buy a new tyre shortly afterwards though...

i got one of those small electric air pumps that pulg into the cig lighter,so hopefully only a small puncture,weights next to nothing and stores under the passenger seat

Unfortunately, tyre foam has its limitations and this will usually become apparent at the most inconvenient moment. I much prefer having a spare - even a space saver, at least you can still move - albeit at 50mph :roll:
